Planning Day Facilitator
An experienced planning day facilitator enhances the value of team planning days and strategy workshops by encouraging participant buy in and focusing the group on driving meaningful business outcomes.
As your planning day facilitator Richard will work with you before, during and after the workshop to help you achieve your goals.
Prior to the workshop
As your planning day facilitator Richard will discuss your desired workshop outcomes and develop a robust session plan that will outline the key questions to be addressed, the time frames and the process for gathering the information.
During the workshop
As your planning day facilitator Richard will help the group to achieve its desired outcomes by:
• Focusing the group on relevant questions
• Helping the group explore meaningful points
• Drawing out opinions
• Encouraging participation
• Building consensus
• Keeping the group on track
• Summarising the key points at regular intervals
After the workshop
Richard will debrief the workshop facilitation, discuss results and gain agreement as to the next steps
